Enterprise Technology Services Help Desk provides campus support for Google Apps, Site License Software Distribution, Voice/Data Work Orders, SDSUid and AztecLink account services to the SDSU community via phone, email, and our walk-in location located in the Love Library. Learn more at ETCS.
Faculty & Staff Desktop Support
Help and Support for other academic departments and auxiliaries may be obtained directly from those departments. Please inquire with your technical contact, department coordinator or supervisor for more information.
Enterprise Technology Client Services (ETCS) provides desktop support to Business and Financial Affairs (BFA). BFA staff needing desktop support can go to ETCS to learn more.
The Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Help Desk supports SDSU faculty and staff in the use of various technologies. We currently provide support for E-mail, Calendaring, and distribution of various site-licensed software packages.
