Faculty & Staff Technology Support

Enterprise Technology Client Services Help Desk  provides campus support for Google Apps, Site License Software Distribution, SDSUid identifier services to the SDSU community via phone, email, and our walk-in location located in the Love Library.  Learn more at ETS.

Faculty & Staff Desktop Support

Help and Support for other academic departments and auxiliaries may be obtained directly from those departments. Please inquire with your technical contact, department coordinator or supervisor for more information.

ETCS Administative Desktop Services (ADS) group, provides desktop support to Business and Financial Affairs (BFA). BFA staff needing desktop support can go to ADS to learn more.

Enterprise Technology Services Business (ETS Business) provides support for Voice/Data Work Orders and can be reached directly at 619-594-3500.

The Enterprise Technology Client Services (ETCS) Help Desk supports SDSU faculty and staff in the use of various technologies. We currently provide support for E-mail, Calendaring, and distribution of various site-licensed software packages.
