IT Division Support

Submit a Ticket:

  1. Log into https://servicenow.sdsu.edu/ using your SDSUid.
  2. Click on SDSU Help Desks in the Self Service homepage.
  3. Select Create Incident IT Division.
  4. Complete the category, short description and additional comments fields.
  5. Click Submit.

Google Group, Calendar and Software Requests can be submitted using the SharePoint request system.

Virtual Office Hours

To provide remote support to faculty and staff, the IT Division is offering Virtual Office Hours Monday - Friday using Zoom web conferencing software. Based on your needs, select the join zoom button below to join the room staffed by IT Division staff. You may also submit a ticket using ServiceNow.
