Submit a Ticket:
  1. Log into ServiceNow using your SDSUid.
  2. Click on “Get Help”.
  3. Select your help desk.
  4. Complete the incident form.
  5. Click Submit.

Google Group, Calendar, and Software Requests can be submitted using ServiceNow.
