Canvas

Canvas serves as the primary learning management system for SDSU. Faculty can post course content, recorded lectures, YouTube videos, discussions, grades, tests and more.

Campus ID Card

SDSU Card Office provides San Diego State University students, faculty and staff with a secure photo identification card that protects the privacy of the user while offering an array of convenient services and features.

Google Workspace

Google Workspace is an integrated communication and collaboration solution offered by Google, which includes Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and more.

Microsoft Office

SDSU maintains a volume licensing agreement with Microsoft to provide the desktop and web versions of Office to faculty, staff, and students.

my.SDSU

my.SDSU is a project to enhance our ability to serve students through a coordinated and singular web portal, streamlined admissions and financial aid processes, and dramatically improved connectivity and accessibility of campus systems.

Parking Portal

You can purchase permits, pay citations, appeal citations and manage your parking account in the Aztec Parking Portal.

SDSU Intranet

The SDSU Intranet is an online environment which can be used to create websites for campus internal use. It is a secure place to store, organize, share, and access information from almost any device.

Software

SDSU contracts with various software vendors to provide site licensed software for active faculty and staff; including Adobe, SAS, SPSS, and TechSmith to name a few.

Training and Development

CSULearn online learning system provides access to webinars as well as web-based courses, books, and other online learning assets designed to enhance professional development.

Wireless Networks

SDSU has a centrally-managed wireless network. There is no charge to connect to the campus wireless network at this time.
