Committees

Committees within the ITGC are expected to focus on policy, cybersecurity, data management, infrastructure, instruction, and research. Other areas of focus may be added as the council deems appropriate, given the evolving nature of the work and our information ecosystem. Additionally, the instructional committee will collaborate closely with the chair of the Senate IIT committee and other faculty representatives to ensure thorough coordination.

These committees are tasked with defining their responsibilities and expectations for each calendar year, and resource requests will be evaluated using the Risk, Value, Urgency, and Effort (RVUE) methodology.
